This super complete salad can be eaten cold or warm and you can vary its ingredients as you like, depending on what you have available in your refrigerator.

Ingredients:
-8 oz romaine lettuce
–MEV’S Parmesan Cheese Dressing & Dip
-1 cup of cooked ham cut into long strips.
-4 boiled eggs cut into halves.
-1 cup grape tomatoes cut into halves
-1 cup of grated yellow cheese (you can choose the one you prefer)
Directions:
Wash, drain and cut the lettuce into small pieces.
To assemble, cover the plate where you are going to serve with the lettuce and place the ingredients along the plate in an orderly manner, forming stripes as seen in the photograph. Finally, drizzle the salad with MEV’S Parmesan Cheese Dressing & Dip to your liking.
You can also try making variations of the ingredients, adding chicken, avocado, cucumber, broccoli, etc.
