A complete meal in each piece of toast!

Ingredients:
-6 corn toasts (ready to eat)
–MEV’S Parmesan Cheese Dressing & Dip
-2 chicken breasts
-salt
-pepper
-whole oregano
-paprika
-1/2 teaspoon garlic cream
-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
-olive oil
-1/2 cup of onion cut into julienne strips
-2/3 cup of green pepper cut into julienne strips
-2/3 cup red pepper cut into julienne strips
-1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions:
Cut the chicken into strips and place it in a deep bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste, whole oregano, paprika, garlic and lemon, let sit while you prepare the vegetables.
Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and add the onion and peppers, cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes until softened, then remove them from the pan and reserve them in another container.
In the same skillet over high heat, add the chicken that you had initially seasoned and heat for 6 or 8 minutes or until cooked through. Then, add the reserved vegetables, mix and remove from heat. Add the cilantro and mix again.
Prepare your toast by placing a good amount of the chicken with the vegetables covering the entire toast and drizzle with MEV’S Parmesan Cheese Dressing & Dip to your liking.
