This healthy sandwich made with simple ingredients and arranged in several layers of fabulous texture and flavor.
Preparation time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
-Multigrain Sandwich Bread
–MEV’S Sandwich Spread
-sliced turkey
-whole lettuce
-tomato cut into slices
-avocado cut into slices
-salt
-pepper
Directions:
Take each slice of bread and make sure to spread MEV’S Sandwich Spread to the edges of the bread. There is nothing worse than a dry sandwich.
Sprinkle the vegetables (tomato and avocado) with a pinch of salt and pepper, this helps bring out the flavor.
Assemble your sandwich by placing a slice of bread as a base, then layer whole lettuce, turkey, avocado, turkey, tomato, lettuce again and cover with another of the slices of bread.
The result…. A delight!
