Ingredients:
-2 chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
-2/3 cup MEV’S Slightly Sweet Mustard Dressing & Dip
-1 tablespoon soy sauce
-1/2 teaspoon pepper
-1/4 cup chopped cilantro
-1/2 red pepper, chopped into 1-inch squares
-1 green pepper, chopped into 1-inch squares
-1/4 red onion, chopped into 1-inch squares
-1/2 cup pineapple cut into cubes
Directions:
In a deep bowl, add and mix the MEV’S Slightly Sweet Mustard Dressing, soy sauce, pepper and cilantro; Set aside and reserve ½ cup of this mixture.
Add the chicken cubes, red peppers, green peppers, and onion to the container and cover them with the mixture.
On bamboo sticks (previously moistened with water), string the chicken and vegetables until the stick is almost full. Optional you can add some pineapple cubes to the ends.
Place on the hot grill or air fryer at 350°F, turning constantly and brushing lightly with the reserved dressing mixture, until cooked through and golden brown.
